Personal Pc

One of the past experiences that tested my problem solving skills was building a PC.With the price that you pay on books for school and also if you want to include  relaxing activities, such as games and movies, owning a PC it was the best way to go in the matter of technology.Buying a console only for games and a TV in your room for movies, then a minimum specs PC so you can use the electronic version of a book witch is cheaper than the book itself it still wasn't a way to save money. The best thing to do was to go with a dual monitors system; that way I could incorporate all of them in one.But that still didn't fit in my budget and didn't meet my requirements..And how the market is these days, that companies do their best to make their least but get the most out of it, I didn't find a complete system that it was worth the money. So I decided to put a little effort into it an build one of my own.I started doing some research because I have been out of touch with technology for the past two year or so.There are hundred of products that you can choose, from the motherboard to the mouse and my end product had to be different from everything else that I have seen out there.  It wasn't easy, there are a lot of facts that need to be taken in consideration, nevertheless it was fun an challenging. After every component was carefully chosen all I had to do was to place the order and wait for the delivery.I didn't realized how attached I was to this project until every part was sitting there on my desk waiting for my to give it life.Graceless but with confidence I took every part and place it inside, did the required fitting and cable management looking forward to the relieving moment when I would find out if everything was going to work or not.My brother who was assisting the whole process started making stress relieving jokes and when the moment came, started the countdown. When the PC started from the first push of the button at the moment zero,  we both were to surprised to appreciate the achievement with an external display of emotions, we didn't encounter any of the difficulties that we were expecting. It definitely was a victory.

  1. Wow; this is really impressive! I wouldn't know where to begin when it comes to building a computer. I do okay running them when they are working, but if something goes wrong, I am out of luck! Do you have a computer background that gave you the knowledge to do this or are you self-taught? Excellent job! I know it must have been very satisfying to see your creative come to life with one push of the power butter. Great job!
